Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Oak tree situated on border of neighbouring property 20 Davenham Road. This tree has large branches, some of which overhang our house. It has caused a large amount of moss growth on our roof which we have just had to have removed at substantial expense. The moss is now growing back. The room adjacent to the tree is dark when the tree has leaves. We would like this branch removed to prevent this moss regrowing and causing damage to the roof.

T1 Scots Pine- the tree has been in decline for several years, now 80% dead. Remove to ground. T2 Cypress second tree on the right side of property. The tree has unsecure footings and roots causing damage to path and wall. T3 1st Cypress on right past pedestrian gate. Crown lift house side giving reasonable roof clearance.

Single storey rear extension 8m deep. Render over masonry to match the existing house. Flat roof with parapet.

(T1) - Silver birch 15% side reduction only to alleviate overhang to house roof and cutback from property. (T2) - Hawthorn 30% reduction in height and sever ivy due to excessive shade

Loft conversion with rear roof raise, single storey side and rear extension. Render finish to house.
