We agreed that you wanted to reduce the height of the tree as well as the width (trying to maintain some privacy from new houses) and a more substantial cutback away from your property. Therefore I am going to apply for an overall 20% reduction of all the tree and slight heavier cutback away from your house. ? Yew tree 2 (bottom of garden) ? Again, when we spoke you clarified you wanted to reduce the tree at the back of the garden, cutting back from both neighbours and well as cutting back from your own, to ensure growth of grass/shrubs underneath in the future.
