T1- Crown reduction to remove branches currnently encroaching over house roof, touching roof tiles and guttering, to allow 2m clearance after pruning from roof, guttering, windows. T2 - Crown reduction to remove branches currnently encroaching over house roof, touching roof tiles and guttering, to allow 2m clearance after pruning from roof, guttering, windows. T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6 - Crown lifting - thinning by 20% to clear various power lines and telephone lines crossing property to adjacent properties and to prevent low branch obstruction. All trees are silver birch.

Retrospective permission to regularise the extension of the residential use within the Coach House approved under ref. B/10115/1982 and alterations to the fenestration.

Retrospective Listed Building Consent to regularise the extension of the residential use within the Coach House approved under ref. B/10116/1982 and alterations to the fenestration.
