The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Demolition of existing rear extensions and construction of single storey rear extension, removal of the canopy linking the main dwelling to the detached garage and alterations to the roof.
