My neighbours at 12 Bellamy Close DY9 9AN have already submitted an application for reduction of the tree which affects / overhangs their garden. I wish to apply for crowning of the tree to reduce the height by 2/3rds , and remove all overhanging branches in my own garden. The tree has a detrimental affect to my light, and the maintenance of my lawn and shed. The owner of the trees/ resident at 9 Church Road is in agreement for the tree to be reduced

3 trees behind 23, 25 and 27 Burnham Road. The main trunk of one tree is overhanging into my garden and almost reaches the house. My shed is under the overhanging tree and is a constant worry that it may break and collapse at any time. We had a puppy which was made sick by the acorns which we have to pick up before its allowed out, and it is a worry that the children may get hurt. The branches that overhang my garden do not look the strongest and are almost at their heaviest with acorns and leaves.
