Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Variation of condition/minor material amendment regarding application 21/00901/FUL - condition 2 relating to approved plans. The partial increase in height of soffit and roof plane of single storey rear extension by 0.4 metres.
