Alterations to existing dwelling, comprising changes to fenestration, dormers and rear lantern roof (revised scheme, following withdrawal of application Reference 23/00123/FUL)

Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Construction of Dormer structures (windows) to original dwelling roof.

Proposed dormer window on rear roof slope of the existing dwelling. Formation of obscurely glazed window to first floor side elevation.

Additional storey to be added to existing dwelling. Existing roof trusses and tiles to be removed and reinstated. Facing brickwork and windows to match existing. Maximum height to be 11.1 metres.

Proposed change in appearance of proposed dwelling - larger window openings, roof lights and glazed front and rear gables, construction of a basement and removal of proposed gabled dormer windows - Variation of Condition Number : 2 (APPROVED DRAWINGS) of Planning Permission ref 14/0574.

Alterations to the dwelling including, roof windows, single replacement Ground Floor window and Internal alterations.
