Oak (T1), in rear garden, Lift crown to maximum of 4m above ground level, thin crown by 15% & remove all dead wood. Works required to address encroachment over neighbouring properties, excessive shading and enable normal use of garden. Although previous applications for works to this tree were granted, these works were never carried-out. The tree has not been trimmed since we moved in to this property 28 years ago and it now overhangs most of the garden and conservatory.

Large Oak Tree - Very close and overhanging conservatory, excessive shading to garden (both ours and 4 neighbours). Dead and live branches falling onto garden structures and into childrens play equipment. Require:- Crown lift/crown thinning/crown reduction. Strong recent winds have caused branches to fall. Tree has a 3 way (split) trunk and significant weight now on each bow due to low level of trunk.

Oak tree in back garden is now overhanging the conservatory. During this autumn large acorns have fallen from a great height onto the conservatory roof and caused three holes. We have had to provide temporary repair to prevent rain entering and will eventually have to replace the roof. To prevent this from happening again we would like permission to employ professional tree cutters to remedy the situation by cutting back the branches overhanging the conservatory and also if possible cutting down the height of the tree. It is the only tree in the garden. Although the tree hangs mostly in our garden it's trunk straddles ours and number 29 Holly Dell.

The tree trunk is between 27 and 29 Holly Dell but grows predominantly over 27 garden. We have discussed this with 29 and they agree. Oak Tree - Crown reduction to prevent branches contacting the roof of the house and conservatory. The tree also needs to be balanced as it has grown predominantly over our garden at 27.

Sycamore - We would like the tree to be felled - due to the size and excessive shading. The branches currently overhang 3 other gardens and the high winds and storms over the last 2 years have caused branches to break, a few have fallen onto a neighbours garden narrowly missing the conservatory. We believe it is of low amenity value and would consider planting a replacement tree but at the front instead.
