Cust back Holly Bush/Tree overhanging rear fence back to fence line.

We are required to repair fencing to adjoining property, namely Edith Cottages on the northern boundary. We are wanting to instate a timber post and rail fence with covering feather edge boards. The trees which lie across or on the fence line would be in the way of this work. The larger trees (fruiting plum and apple) are full of ivy and lying at precarious angles and will need to be heavily pruned in the near future in order to render them safe, possibly resulting in their demise. The land on which these trees grow is very heavily planted with fruiting trees, ash, hawthorn, hazel, birch and oak and forms part of an ancient 'Chartist movement' orchard which has not been maintained in decades

Alder in rear garden of property has a significant wound from historic failure client wishes to remove 2 stems 1 of which is leaning out over rear of property and pushing fencing also could be struck by high sided vehicles using service rd, the second is a small lateral stem growing out towards the neighbours property,

T1 Beech Hedge - Trim back by approx 1/3 (to first fence line). Reduce height of 'leggy' section at end of hedge to same height as the rest.

Cut back all trees overhanging rear fence back to fence line; Poplar - Cut back the canopy back to fence line up to approx 12m in height; Prominent low ash limb to cut back by approx. 2 m; Understorey Hawthorns, Fields Maples etc to cut back to fence line; Reasons: To remove amount of shade & debris being cast onto garden.

T1. Silver Birch - Repollard back to previous points. This tree have repollarded many years ago. approx. 15 years ago large regrowth and decay cavities from the pollard caused a number of stems to fall onto the property roof. I have subsequently re-pollarded it on two occasions with approval to keep the tree whilst reducing the risk of failure. The regrowth is again reaching that point. Group 1 - Mix of lawson and leylandi conifers - remove. From the north west corner of the property heading south east along Cherry Hill Drive is the remains of a conifer hedge, they have been keep about fence height but are In poor health. The proposal is to remove the conifers along the roadside boundary then replant with shrubs tpo stabilise the bank.

The trees have been marked with yellow paint by the council last year. The dead trees need to be removed and the crowded trees uncrowded. Damaged and leaning trees need some work to make safe. One tree has half fallen in the gales. it is probably going to fall in the garden of No 6 Badger Brook Lane. could fall on the house depending on how it decides to fall. urgent attention needed ! The TPO is out of date as it applies to all the trees in the area. I believe most of my trees do not need a TPO as they are forestry not amenity. They are accessed from a private road have fencing all around the area and a locked gate. Forestry trees are for profit not to look at. The ground is very acidic and nothing will grow under them, unlike natural woodland. The old map of the area clearly shows the difference between woodland and forestry areas.

T1: Oak tree in rear garden. Remove dead 5" dia Latteral in line with rear fence. Remove Dead 4" dia Latteral branch over rear of tree. Remove 5" Latteral Limb growing along line of neighbours rear fence back to union with dominant latteral

There are currently trees behind our fence which are situated on Tipping Hill Lane but our right behind our fence. One of the trees is particularly leaning over the fence and over our property. When it is windy the tree looks worse and I feel would it would eventually be a hazard for our property. Furthermore, the amount of leaves and branches which fall into our garden is unmanageable without having a green garden waste bin which the council cannot provide at the minute. Furthermore, it also reduces the available light for the garden. I will attach some photos to the application. What we would like to do is to reduce the trees down to around 3ft above our fence height, thus allowing them to still grow but be manageable with the amount of branches and leaves coming into the garden, whilst increasing the natural light.

FELL THE TREE AND UPROOT IF POSSIBLE. This old walnut is leaning and now suffering root-plate rot. It is slowly falling towards our boundary and will damage our fence and our neighbours garden. The tree officer has agreed the tree cannot be saved, so felling now will reduce risk of it falling.
