7 Celeste Road Bromsgrove Worcestershire B60 2RP
Oak tree situated on border of neighbouring property 20 Davenham Road. This tree has large branches, some of which overhang our house. It has caused a large amount of moss growth on our roof which we have just had to have removed at substantial expense. The moss is now growing back. The room adjacent to the tree is dark when the tree has leaves. We would like this branch removed to prevent this moss regrowing and causing damage to the roof.

Yew tree 1 (closest to house) ? when we spoke on the Friday the overall outcome was to reduce the height and width of both trees. We agreed that you wanted to reduce the height of the tree as well as the width (trying to maintain some privacy from new houses) and a more substantial cutback away from your property. Therefore I am going to apply for an overall 20% reduction of all the tree and slight heavier cutback away from your house. ? Yew tree 2 (bottom of garden) ? Again, when we spoke you clarified you wanted to reduce the tree at the back of the garden, cutting back from both neighbours and well as cutting back from your own, to ensure growth of grass/shrubs underneath in the future. Also clearing over shed roof. Therefore I am going to also apply for a 20% reduction on the tree as well a cutback from both neighbours ? Small Cherry on front ? Although the cherry is not yet fully mature, the guidelines for applying for trees means it falls into the category and I will need to apply. As requested, I will apply for a slight reduction to create a good shape as well as removing any dead branches to tidy up.

The tree trunk is between 27 and 29 Holly Dell but grows predominantly over 27 garden. We have discussed this with 29 and they agree. Oak Tree - Crown reduction to prevent branches contacting the roof of the house and conservatory. The tree also needs to be balanced as it has grown predominantly over our garden at 27.
