Green View Cottage 10 Bellamy Close Bellbroughton Worcestershire DY9 9AN

The tree is a large Sycamore or ash tree situated at the end of the garden in 9 Church Road Belbroughton DY9 9TE. This garden backs onto the side of 3 properties in Bellamy Close ( 10, 11, 12) DY9 9AN. There are large overgrown non maintained trees alongside the length of the rear garden at this property. My neighbours at 12 Bellamy Close DY9 9AN have already submitted an application for reduction of the tree which affects / overhangs their garden. I wish to apply for crowning of the tree to reduce the height by 2/3rds , and remove all overhanging branches in my own garden. The tree has a detrimental affect to my light, and the maintenance of my lawn and shed. The owner of the trees/ resident at 9 Church Road is in agreement for the tree to be reduced

23 Burnham Road Wythall Birmingham Worcestershire B47 6AS

3 trees behind 23, 25 and 27 Burnham Road. The main trunk of one tree is overhanging into my garden and almost reaches the house. My shed is under the overhanging tree and is a constant worry that it may break and collapse at any time. We had a puppy which was made sick by the acorns which we have to pick up before its allowed out, and it is a worry that the children may get hurt. The branches that overhang my garden do not look the strongest and are almost at their heaviest with acorns and leaves.

A very good trim is needed and check it is safe is it a healthy or dying tree? Scots pine - it hasn't been cut / trimmed in 21 years. We haven't been in a financial position to trim it. In high winds, branches have fallen in several gardens nearby and cars. In high winds our neighbour had there shed damaged from a large branch and branches have fallen in our garden and neighbours. So a good trim is needed. We have pets and children and don't want any serious accidents from the tree or worse due to size and proximate. Very close to buildings.

Yew tree 1 (closest to house) ? when we spoke on the Friday the overall outcome was to reduce the height and width of both trees. We agreed that you wanted to reduce the height of the tree as well as the width (trying to maintain some privacy from new houses) and a more substantial cutback away from your property. Therefore I am going to apply for an overall 20% reduction of all the tree and slight heavier cutback away from your house. ? Yew tree 2 (bottom of garden) ? Again, when we spoke you clarified you wanted to reduce the tree at the back of the garden, cutting back from both neighbours and well as cutting back from your own, to ensure growth of grass/shrubs underneath in the future. Also clearing over shed roof. Therefore I am going to also apply for a 20% reduction on the tree as well a cutback from both neighbours ? Small Cherry on front ? Although the cherry is not yet fully mature, the guidelines for applying for trees means it falls into the category and I will need to apply. As requested, I will apply for a slight reduction to create a good shape as well as removing any dead branches to tidy up.

Silver Birch ( T4) - Fell due to: 1) Structural damage to brick wall. This is now beggining to crack despite being built with a plinth over tree roots. 2) Overhanging branches with neighbours garage. 3) Complaints from neighbours regarding the amount of silver birch seeds that are shed during the summer / autumn months and are causing a nuisance when windows are open. We wish to replace the tree by planting a mature sapling next to the silver birch roots. We would welcome the guidance of the tree officer as to the type and size that would be appropriate Yew ( T3) : Reduction of approximately 25% to rebalance the tree following part felling by a neighbour / BT on opposite side. Lime tree ( T2) : to prune back some of the overhanging minor branches at base of the tree. ( Do not own tree as based in hagley community fields.)

Belne Cottage Holy Cross Lane Belbroughton Stourbridge Worcestershire DY9 9SR

Maple tree on public footpath adjacent to our property which is overhanging our back garden. It blocks light all day, and sheds blossom in Summer and massive amounts of leaves in Autumn. We do not want to remove the tree or damage it in any way, but would very much like permission to lop the overhanging branches.
