There are a number of lime trees (7) covered by TPO at this site (all marked on attached sketch location map. They have been previously pollarded and we would like to pollard to previous pollarded points. Approximate height 7 metres. The crowns and foliage are touching windows, roofs and guttering in many places. Some branches are very low over the public footpath

G1- Layland Cypress - reduce by 50% T1 - Cedar kill ivy through banding T2 - Cedar removed ivy from tree & remove deadwood and fractures T3 - Oak tree growing on steep bank under mature trees, remove to ground, open up view. T4 - Wellingtonia kill ivy through banding T5 to T7 - Cypress reduce height to top of upstairs windows T8 - Cypress on right of drive, closest to house, remove to ground.

Silver Birch ( T4) - Fell due to: 1) Structural damage to brick wall. This is now beggining to crack despite being built with a plinth over tree roots. 2) Overhanging branches with neighbours garage. 3) Complaints from neighbours regarding the amount of silver birch seeds that are shed during the summer / autumn months and are causing a nuisance when windows are open. We wish to replace the tree by planting a mature sapling next to the silver birch roots. We would welcome the guidance of the tree officer as to the type and size that would be appropriate Yew ( T3) : Reduction of approximately 25% to rebalance the tree following part felling by a neighbour / BT on opposite side. Lime tree ( T2) : to prune back some of the overhanging minor branches at base of the tree. ( Do not own tree as based in hagley community fields.)

T1- Crown reduction to remove branches currnently encroaching over house roof, touching roof tiles and guttering, to allow 2m clearance after pruning from roof, guttering, windows. T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6 - Crown lifting - thinning by 20% to clear various power lines and telephone lines crossing property to adjacent properties and to prevent low branch obstruction. All trees are silver birch.

1x beech tree, front of Kingswood with boundary to Heybridge. Tree branches have reached out and are touching the side of Heybridge and blocking light to side windows. Tree has been repeatedly pruned on one side, becoming unbalanced and misshapened,
