We are seeking Listed building consent to improve four elements of this building. It is our intention to add a new entrance hallway by introducing a new glazed wall into the lounge. We propose to move the boiler from the lounge into a new cloakroom. To reduce noise from Worcester Road, a new secondary line of internal glazing is proposed to Ground & Second floor and to replace the poor performing existing First floor internal line of glazing. As the property is a three storey dwelling, we propose to bring it up to building regulation standard for fire by replacing some of the internal doors with new fire doors, to match the existing style.
