Works comprise: External 1. Installation of a rooflight in the 'barn' (probably as part of 2004 works) 2. Window installed slightly lower than approved (probably as part of 1983 works, certainly pre 1990) 3. Alterations to window and door positions (probably part of 1983 works with further alterations in 2012) 4. 4. Replacement windows and doors, all except those on the 1994 and 2004 extensions, and the three tiny windows adjacent to the chimney on Elevation A Internal 5. Change to staircase and subdivision of first floor room immediately to south of staircase (probably as part of 1983 works, certainly pre 1990) 6. Removal of wall to create enlarged kitchen (1996) 7. Change to layout of bathroom area to master suite (as part of 1995 works)

Retrospective Listed Building Consent to regularise the extension of the residential use within the Coach House approved under ref. B/10116/1982 and alterations to the fenestration.
