External - Replace x2 narrow non-opening windows with single small openable window. Replace old oil filled boiler with new LPG fired boiler inside garage. Replace flue pipe, exit to be positioned higher up garage wall, old flue to be removed and hole bricked up. Internal - Raise height of part of floor so level with remainder in room. Re-use existing floorboards. Construct internal stud wall to create shower room. Construct high level suspended ceiling in part of room. Replace existing radiators and pipework. Tile shower room abd install santoryware. Brick up existing interal doorway. Sand and stain existing floorboards.

Arrow Cottage sits within the curtilage of the Grade 2 listed building Moor Green Hall and was converted into a dwelling in the early 2000s. The proposed works are ; 1) Replace imitation garage door with window inserted, with a full height glazed screen and glazed door. New window / door to sit within the existing structural opening. 2) Remove partition wall of the downstairs toilet within open plan kitchen. Remove WC and basin.
