Alterations to converted coach house, to include replacement of 1990s windows and doors, repair of lantern, internal alterations to refit bathrooms and new door to provide a connection at first floor level.

Extension of existing bed-sit unit within existing coach house to provide enlarged accomodation facility for use by permanant staff assocated with main house. Provision of enlarged window to gable and infill glazed sceen to entrance infilling of doorway to gable. Renewal of 16/0772 and 19/01046/LBC

1. Replacement of 10 non original windoes on the rear of the house with 10 period sash windows. 2. Install period appropriate seconday glazing to the above windows 3. Replace concrete stucco with traditional lime Roman Stucco 4. Replace failing glazed sunroom roof with double glazed roof and line its concealed gutter.

To replace sash windows at front of house and UPVC at rear of the house.

Replacement of Wooden casement window on east side of house- not included in original application for listed consent for other windows but in retrospect also needs replacement

Retrospective Listed Building Consent to regularise the extension of the residential use within the Coach House approved under ref. B/10116/1982 and alterations to the fenestration.
