Replace modern windows and doors 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18, as identified in Appendix 2 with historically more accurate windows and doors which will be double glazed.

Replacement of windows 1, 2 , 3 & 4 as shown in photos 2, 3 & 6. The wooden casement windows are badly damaged through age. Repair is not possible

Refurbishment and internal re-planning of converted grade II listed building to relocate the kitchen and incorporate the existing integral garage with the dining room to form a larger kitchen with a new window and glazed doors to rear

External - Replace x2 narrow non-opening windows with single small openable window. Replace old oil filled boiler with new LPG fired boiler inside garage. Replace flue pipe, exit to be positioned higher up garage wall, old flue to be removed and hole bricked up. Internal - Raise height of part of floor so level with remainder in room. Re-use existing floorboards. Construct internal stud wall to create shower room. Construct high level suspended ceiling in part of room. Replace existing radiators and pipework. Tile shower room abd install santoryware. Brick up existing interal doorway. Sand and stain existing floorboards.

Replace 3 rotten windows like for like with new heritage slim double glazing wooden windows.

1. Replacement of 10 non original windoes on the rear of the house with 10 period sash windows. 2. Install period appropriate seconday glazing to the above windows 3. Replace concrete stucco with traditional lime Roman Stucco 4. Replace failing glazed sunroom roof with double glazed roof and line its concealed gutter.

This application only applies to substructure works to the southeast elevation. Any works above ground have been previously approved. The works comprise consolidation and repair of deteriorated stonework and brickwork, including the installation of concrete lintels over previously undiscovered window openings. Replacement brickwork and stonework will be replaced where identified with bricks and stonework to match the existing as set out on the drawing.
