T1 Lime - Reduce top of lime tree to previous framework prune points. Reduce side overhanging clients garden (9 Aspens Way) and around right side if looking from Aspens way, back to previous framework prune points, (Around 2.5 -3 meters) to allow more light.

I have consulted with the same tree surgeon (Acer Trees) that completed similar works in 2017 (TPO17/068). The following tree works is requested - Mature Oak (T1) - bottom right hand corner of the garden. Crown thinning - 15% to provide improved light into the surround properties. General deadwood maintenance is to be removed as required. Within scope of this application is the tree in relation to the following properties 13, Davenham Rd, 28 and 30 Royal Worcester Crescent. T1 Cedar : Lift 3 x lowest limbs over drive. T2 Acer in front lawn : Reshape Crown. T3 Cherry in neighbours garden side of garage, cut back crown 2 metres off garage roof.

To remove rotten wood and trim back oak tree from hitting next door house and hitting cars on the road. To trim back to boundary fence to stop falling branches.

T42 Crown trim by at least 20% including all epicormic growth. Reduction from property by minimum of 2 meters to suitable growth point. Remove dead wood throughout. T45 complete removal down to stump, due to increasing threat from falling deadwood. light reduction and future maintenance costs.

There is a Salix tree with branches overhanging and touching the roof of the building and an Ash tree with low branches over hanging the entrance off the road. The branches of the Salix tree will be cut back to 2m away from the building, lowering the branches into designated safe zones The branches of the Ash tree will be lifted to 5m over the entrance, lowering the branches into designated safe zones

Oak tree 1 meter within the boundary of 36 Lineholt Close. 1 Remove dead wood - there are a number of large branches which overhang the boundary of 34 & 35 Lineholt Close, which have become a serious danger. 2 Thin crown by 3 meters as appropriate and if possible maintain symmetery. 3Remove epicormic growth from trunk and crown.

Pine tree located in the rear garden needs to be felled due to the dangerous acute angle of lean, shedding branches and the tree is being starved of light due to adjacent trees and as a consequence the branches are on one side only.

T1 Willow Tree - Cut back Willow Pollard to clear building (side and roof) by at least 2m. Once this is carried out the tree will be at least 2m clear of the building.
