Erection of an extension to form a new class base and storage area, including alterations to the internal layout of this area to provide a pupil entrance/ exit, a further class base and library area.

(1)Demolition of the existing extension and erection of replacement single storey extension to the west elevation. (2) Erection of a single storey lean to extension to the north elevation. (3) Demolition of the existing front porch and erection of replacement porch. (4) Internal Re-plastering. (5) Removal of existing concrete floor and installation of new concrete floors with under floor heating system. (6) Removal of existing windows and installation of metal framed double glazed windows. (7) Proposed alterations to internal layout. (8) Partial rebuilding and structural repairs to the west gable including infilling an existing window. (9) Stripping out and renewal of services. (10) Removal of paint to internal exposed timbers and application of a clear varnish finish.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission APP/2017/0378 to allow alterations to the external elevations, including window and door openings, and the internal layout; and the erection of a single storey rear extension to plots 63a and 63b.
