Construction of first floor extension to rear above altered footprint of existing single storey section of house, replacement roof structure including altered rear gable, replacement first floor structure, internal alterations, thermal renovation and damp proofing works, replacement doors and windows, replacement rainwater goods, removal of non-original entrance porch and repointing.

Demolition of existing single storey utility room to the side of the house. Construction of new two storey side extension and single storey rear extension. Creation of new openings at ground and first floors to access the new structures.
