Variation of condition 1 on application number: 22/00621/FUL - Due to the selected construction method (ICF), there is an increase on the width of the walls to meet the requirements of Part L to achieve a high-performance, highly insulated building. The increase in wall depth results in an increase in footprint of the proposed building. There has been a minor increase in height of the proposed rooflines to accommodate for increased thickness of insulation to meet the requirements of Part L.
