Non Material Amendment to application 14/00083 - Deletion of roof light on rear elevation. Addition of 4 small windows on rear elevation. Deletion of 1 window on front elevation. Additional of 1 door on front elevation. Lowering of door on gable elevation from ground floor to lower ground floor. Removal of earth and regrading to facilitate a lower ground floor extension containing a garage. Small wall and integral steps to front elevation to provide pedestrian access to existing door on front elevation. Introduction of flat-roofed area above proposed garage door on front elevation.
