Non material amendment on application 22/05114/HFUL for change to extend the dormer by 100 mm towards the neighbour dormer (towards North). This would allow to have the new dormer adjacent to the neighbour dormer. A gap of 100 mm between the two dormers as currently in the proposed planning approved documents wouldn`t allow maintenance to the roof for both parties.
