Demolition of existing storage outhouse and the erection of a new porch, two storey rear extension, front boundary wall, driveway gates and adaptation of existing roof dormer windows.

Removal of the ground floor northern external wall and erection of a new cavity wall adjacent the boundary to create a large kitchen/breakfast area. Also, the addition of a new staircase and modification of the roofspace, creation of a further bedroom with the inclusion of a dormer window and rooflight to the rear and two further rooflights to the front elevation.
