Mature Maple (No 8) on plan has a branch over the electricity sub station and near the No 22 The Rookery which needs removing along with another branch to balance the tree. (Photos attached) Mature Maple (No 9) on plan has a hollow truck and is dangerous and needs to be felled as it is close to the Electricity sub station and the bungalow in The Rookery. ROW OF BEECH - Crown reduce side to south west over and towards bungalow. Reduce spread to approximately 1m from boundary fence.

(T1) Horse Chestnut - crown lift away from building by 1 meter and over footpath by 1 meter to maintain this tree in its current location. (T2) Sycamore - remove lowest lateral over bungalow to remove the risk of failure. (T3) Yew - reduce middle and lower crown over bike shed and patio by 1.5 meters to maintain this tree in its current location and allow refurbishment of bike sheds. (T4) Lime - reduce back from building to give a 2 meter clearance to maintain this tree in its current location.

T.1 Conifer - Fell to ground level due to close proximity to water pipes under tree and excessive shading to side of bungalow.

Prunus (Winter Cherry) - fell due to issues with garage roof, light to side of bungalow, minor die back in tree.

T1 Sycamore ~ Remove eppicormic growths up to main fork; reduce one limb growing over bungalow by up to 2.0 metres and reduce limbs above (due North) by up to 2.0 metres to re-balance crown.

(Amended) S1-3 Sycamore and HC1 horse chestnut require cutting back to the border line (due to overshadow the gardens and greenhouse, considerably restricting light and causing a nuisance to them). S1 Sycamore also requires thinning 30% (due to overshadowong property). S3 Sycamore requires two large dead branches removed and and a branch removed that threatens to block access to the two bungalows for larger vehicles. Leylandi/fir Ln and Acer A1 overshadow our garden from no.19 and require cutting back to the border. W1 Walnut tree to crown thinning 5%, which represents a single bough of 7m (to reduce the potential for damage to the garage and house respectively). W2 Walnut tree tyo crown thinning 10% (to reduce the potential for damage to the garage and house respectively). P1 Prunus and CB1 Copper Beech require a small amount of work to top them and stop them overshadowing neighbouring gardens.

(T1) Silver Birch - reduce and shape by 1.5-2 meters. - crown thin by 25%. To maintain this tree in its current location in close proximity to the neighboring bungalow.
