Non material amendment on application 12/1116/FUL to replace the glass roof over the corridor leading to the conservatory. The replacement roof will be a warm roof covered with black EDPM. It will be tilted at 5 degrees towards the boundary just like the current roof. This requires the wall at the boundary to be raised by 22.5 cm to allow the joists to be supported by the original kitchen wall. It will have an opening window like the current roof.
