S73 to vary conditions 27 (Scheme of biodiversity enhancement) and 28 (Hard and Soft Landscape works) of planning permission 20/04325/FUL (Part demolition and part conversion of existing barns to accommodate a restaurant (Class E) and 9 holiday let units) to amend the wording of the conditions to allow initial works that would implement the approved development prior to the expiration of the permission

Conversion and extensions to the existing buildings including demolition of the existing block to the rear of 1 Godesdone Road to deliver a mixed use development comprising a ground floor retail space and 12 1xbed residential units (net increase 9) to the rear and above along with cycle parking and associated infrastructure.

Part two, part single storey rear extensions and associated external alterations following the demolition of existing extensions and outbuildings to the rear to facilitate the conversion of the existing dwelling to form one two bedroom dwelling (no.22), and one four bedroom dwelling (no.24). Demolition of existing low level wall to front boundary and formation of a pedestrian access way and new front door to create access to no.22 from High Street. Associated hard and soft landscaping to provide car parking and residential gardens to serve the proposed development.
