Demolition of agricultural buildings, renovation of a retained agricultural building, construction of a stable block and associated feed store, change of use of land from agricultural to paddock for equine purposes and replacement of farm track to service proposed development.

T003 - Common Yew. Fell to ground level. This is a self seeded tree in competition with a larger and more prominent yew (T004). Removal of this tree will allow more even crown development of T004. T003 has low amenity value - its crown development is severely hindered currently by T004, to which it is subservient. Removal will also allow more light into the property/garden, and allow for easier access for works to an adjacent outbuilding which needs renovation to make it usable/safe.
