Includes partial discharge of conditions 13, 16, 18, 24, 25, 45, 47, 48, 49, 56, 57, 58 and 59 pursuant to outline consent 06/0796/OUT) to allow for alterations to the road layout, gas governor, layby, minor landscaping details and temporary construction of external storage for bins and generator external to the Travel Hub.
