Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence. The proposed works comprise of: a) The demolition of the existing brick wall. b) Removal of existing tree roots. c) Construction of new reinforced concrete foundation to finish flush with neighbours ground level. d) Construction of new dwarf brick wall to match height of foundation. e) Installation of new timber fence.

Construction of new boundary wall/fence to enclose garden land and the creation of a pedestrian access point in existing wall to allow the erection of a pedestrian gate.

Certificate of lawfulness under section 192 for the construction of a concrete base for the siting of a caravan within an existing residential planning unit, erection of 2 metre high gates and boundary fence and construction of a permeable gravel parking area.
