(T1) Oak - reduce lower, middle and top crown on the house side only by 2 meters away from the house. (T2) Oak (neighbours tree) - remove lowest lateral heading toward the shed. - reduce branches on lawn side by 2 meters back to the fence line. - reduce epicormics by 1 meters back to fence line. This tree has previously had 2 limbs 'split out' on to the clients shed, the above work is to reduce the risk of further failure.

Demolition of existing garage and shed, and erection of replacement 1.5 storey garage/garden room with balcony, partially open car port, outside bbq and flue, and fencing to boundary

(G1) 12x Amalanchier - reduce in height by 2 meters and shape by 0.5 meters. (G2) 6x Acacia - crown raise to 2 meters in height, - cut back from building and fence to give a 1 meter clearance. (G3) 4x Maple - crown raise over bike racks by 0.5 meters. (G4) 11x Field Maple - crown raise over lawn area to 3 meters in height. (G5) 2x Field Maple - remove to ground level to thin the area and improve growing conditions. (T6) Sycamore - reduce north crown back from adjacent Oak by 1 meter to improve growing conditions. (T7) Ash - crown raise over bike sheds to 4 meters in height. (T8) Goat Willow - remove to ground level as this is the wrong location for this tree. (T9) Oak - reduce all west crown lateral limbs over footpath by 2 meters. All of the above work that is not already specified is to maintain these trees in their current location.

Sycamore (T1) - fell, a self-set tree in a narrow passageway and close to the fence and shed.

Demolition of 2 No. existing agricultural chicken sheds and construction of a single storey detached dwelling together with access from existing private shared access driveway with new planting, landscaping, driveway and fencing.
