Proposal: H.1 - Mixed line of trees mainly Ash and Beech at land adjacent to the boundary fencing with Melbourn Hub and Brooksbank. Reduce height by approx 10 metres to roof apex of Melbourn Hub and number 1 Brooksbank. Some individual trees may be left taller as specified by Kays Close owners to provide some height variability. Large primary limb growing to South, overhanging roof of adjacent house. Crown reduce from 3-6m and remove dead wood

We are proposing the following works due to general maintenance to cut back overhanging branches and create more light to T3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. T1 and T2 have a few defects such as decayed pruning wounds and old failed limbs, reduction on these is to make safe. T1 - Ash - reduce height by eight metres down to main fork. Laterals shaped accordingly by three to four metres. T2 - Ash - reduce height by eight metres down to main fork. Laterals shaped accordingly by three to four metres. T3 - Oak - remove two lowest limbs. T4 - Elm - remove limb encroaching onto roof. T5 - Elm - laterally prune back to fence line by three metres. T6 - Elm - remove lowest limb. T7 - Sycamore - laterally prune back to fence line by two metres. T8 - Oak - remove two lowest branches. T9 - Ash - remove lowest branch. T10 - Magnolia - formative prune by two metres.

T1 - Beech in adjacent garden reduce spread above garden by 1.5-2m taper into upper canopy to retain height taper into remainder of canopy to retain lateral spread along fence line. T2 - Beech in adjacent garden reduce spread above garden by 1.5-2m taper into upper canopy to retain height taper into remainder of canopy to retain lateral spread along fence line crown lift to clear roof by 1.5-2m. T3 - Walnut in adjacent garden reduce height and spread above garden in upper crown by 1.5-2m reduce spread in middle and lower canopy above garden to shape. Reasons - reduce excessive overhang to garden and buildings.

Tree, thought to be Cherry is in the back garden of 43 High Street, adjacent to fence with 2 Whiskins. The tree is easily identifiable from attached sketch. Reason for the application: 1. Branch hitting my roof when windy. 2. Blocking light to adjacent window. 3. Leaves blocking gutters and downpipe. 4. Roots pushing up patch creating trip hazard. Request permission to have branches and roots cut back to boundary.

T1 - Prunus - crown lift to clear roof of shed by 0.5m, reduce height of heavy limb growing towards conservatory only by 1m, crown thin by 20% heavy limb only. T11 - Prunus at end of court - cut branches overhanging tennis court perimeter fence line.
