S73 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) of ref: 22/00898/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow and the erection of a replacement four bedroom bungalow with detached garden studio to the rear (resubmission of 21/05285/FUL) to maximise the loft space/vaulted ceiling within the centre of the dwelling and construction of mezzanine within centre of dwelling for office and storage, including 2no rear facing dormer windows and 2no conservation rooflights to front elevation, along with cinema/play room in lieu of garage.

Non material amendment of planing permission 23/01672/FUL (Change of use to office (Use Class E(g)(i)) together with associated works, infrastructure, and landscaping) 1 Services extract and intake on roof for mechanical heat recovery, 2 Soil vent pipes to be located at roof, 3 Reduction in length of proposed roof light, 4 Removal of proposed metal door at main entrance, 5 Proposed glazed panel at entrance to be a glazed door and 6 Reduction of entrance canopy length.

S73 to vary condition 3 of ref: 22/00842/HFUL (Erection of double garage with home office on existing front drive) to seek approval for use of the home office as a bedroom.

New activity hall and front entrance to the school, with the existing spaces being internally remodelled to provided much needed classroom and teaching facilities as well as staff facilities such as offices.

Continued temporary use of land for a further period of 10 years to retain a project office, the continued use of the existing farmhouse and previously approved extension as meeting rooms and staff rooms, use of building 254 as part office, part storage and use of barns 245 and 253 for associated storage. The retention of site access and service road, car and cycle parking, landscaping, fencing, gates and low level lighting and associated infrastructure connections.

Alteration to the lighting scheme within the Old Library, installation of 3nr additional double radiators within the first floor of the Old Library, and alterations to a tea point in the lobby of a Fellow's Office on the second floor of K stair.

S73 to vary condition 4 (Doors) of planning ref: 11/1442/FUL (Change of use from offices (B1A) to office and teaching (B1A and D1) space on the upper three floors) to vary the wording of that condition to The first floor terrace area shall be used solely by occupiers of the building and shall not be used outside the hours of 09:00hrs and 18:00hrs Monday to Friday. The two doors on the south west elevation at first floor level shall remain as alarmed fire exists at all other times, unless in the case of an emergency.
