He has 2 split union sycamores in his rear that are subject to a TPO ( Number 06/03/SC group 7) which are in severe decline/ dead. That are needing to be removed as they have already dropped large limbs causing damage to my customers property. They are overhanging the neighbours property/ house and also in close proximity to public footpath and road way.
