Retrospective works for a deep retrofit/thermal upgrade of the house with external wall insulation and new finishes (brick slips and render) both to match existing and thermally upgrading roofs with insulation over rafters and re-roofing the main plain tile roofs and lead dormers plus associated works to include raising of the ridge height.
