Remove Elderflower tree and Lilac tree that are both leaning on the shed/ garage in the garden at the rear of the property. The shed/ garage are to be professionally removed as the roof and possible walls are asbestos.

T1 - This tree is an asset to the local community and the surrounding area. It recently shed a large branch. This branch landed across the shared driveway and Infront of No.21s front door. Luckily both cars were out and no one was hurt. The tree itself is over extended and has a very large sail. From the ground it is evident that there are pockets of rot in the upper crown. The tree also has branches extending over both houses and is actually touching the roof of number 19. Request a 3.5m reduction in height and a 1.5m reduction of the sides, to growth points where possible. Removal of deadwood and any hazard beams. The aim of the works will be to reduce the risk of failure and reduce sail.

(T1) Cotoneaster - Poor form, remove to ground level (T2) Prunus - reduce laterals over garden heading towards the house by 3.5 meters to reduce the risk of end loading and reduce stems heading towards left hand boundary by 3 meters to match epicormics, forming a new top crown. (T3) Apple - reduce in height by 2 meters to suitable laterals and formative prune remaining weeping crown by a maximum of 1 meter to improve form. (T4) Yew - remove branch leaning on shed roof (T5) Plumb - poor form self set, remove to ground level (T6) Goat Willow - reduce back from property by 1.5 meters, to avoid damage to building.

T126 - reduce 1m from low branch contacting shed roof to suitable growth point on lime tree overhanging from neighbours property. Reduce another limb by 1m to boundary from another lime tree overhanging from neighbours property.

T1 - Common Alder, crown reduce to clear front of building by 2m and remove ivy. T3 - London Plane - Undertake PICUS sonic tomograph. T12 - Common Yew, Crown lift to 2m above path. T23 - Common Ash, Reduce to standing dead wood habitat at 1.8m. T44 - Common Hawthorn, Remove. T49 - Copper Beech, Undertake PICUS sonic tomograph. T65 - Common Holly, Shorten the branches by 2-2.5m. T66 - Common Pear, Remove crown and retain as dead wood habitat at 2.1m. T70 - Apple, Trim to clear shed roof by 50cm. T73 - Common Box, Remove to just above ground level.

Walnut (T1) - Crown raise to 3.5m and cut back the long lateral branch to the North side, which overhangs no.18's garden, by 2m. This work with increase clearance above the shed roof, allow more light into the garden and improve the crown shape.
