Willow (T3) - Re-reduction of the crown needed within the next two years to manage the size of this tree (reduction by 3 - 4m) Poplar (T4) - Fell. inappropriate location for the species as very close to the garage and Neighbour's boundary.

T1 x2 Horse Chestnuts - Re-pollard by 3m down to previous points T3 Oak - Laetiporus sulphureus fungal brackets emerging from historical pruning wound at base of major limb. Limb extends above property and adjacent garage. Reduce spread on house side and above adjacent garage by up to 4m.

Demolish rear extension to the garage & remove leylandii trees. New single storey rear extension in its place.
