S73 Variation of conditions 2 (Approved plans), 3 (Contamination), 6 Boundary Treatment), 7 (Existing trees and hedgerows), 8 (Surface water and foul water drainage), 12 (Drainage measures), 14 (Carbon emissions) of planning permission 20/03688/FUL (Demolition of existing barns and erection of a new dwelling, reflecting the permitted barn conversion and reducing the level of the building, and erection of a detached cartlodge, change of use of agricultural land to garden curtilage and associated landscaping) Change to the balcony on the first floor of the southern building to make this a Juliet balcony rather than a conventional balcony, Re-introduction of an external door opening on the north building to give access to the plant room, there was a door in the now demolished building in the location of the new external door, Change to design of the roof of the link building to create a pitched roof, New roof light layout on the northern building, Relocation of photovoltaic panels to the roof of the cartlodge, Addition of metal-facing garage doors in slate grey to the cartlodge and Changes to the internal room layout.

Hornbeam (T1) - Remove the branch which is pressing heavily on the fence and reduce the remaining crown by up to 2m. Poplar (T2) - Reduce height by 1.5m and cut back from phone lines by 0.5m. Willow (T3) - Re-reduction of the crown needed within the next two years to manage the size of this tree (reduction by 3 - 4m) Poplar (T4) - Fell. inappropriate location for the species as very close to the garage and Neighbour's boundary.

T1 Horse chestnut - Crown lift to clear garage roof by 2.5m; Crown lift to 3.5m above garden; Crown lift to clear 5-6m above road; Clear phone wire by 1m. H1 Yew hedge - (Hedge) Reduce height of hedge by up to 1m creating flat top T2 Sycamore - Fell to ground level self set growing on highway and causing obstruction with traffic T3 Lime - Crown Lift to provide 6m clearance from ground level T4 Lime ( playing field) reduce lower canopy to boundary up to 7m high from ground level to allow more light and reduce overhang to garden. T5 Sycamore - Fell to ground level to allow more light to rear garden T6 Lime - Crown reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1m. T7 and T8 - Sycamore x2 - Crown Lift to provide 5m clearance from ground level.

T1 Chamaecyparis lawsoniana: This tree is situated between the garage of the clients property and the neighbouring building. We would like to remove this tree as it is a poor specimen, and may be causing damage to both properties due to its proximity to the buildings. T2 Ilex aquafolium: This tree is situated between the garage of the clients property and the neighbouring building. We would like to remove this tree as it is a poor specimen, and may be causing damage to both properties due to its proximity to the buildings. T3 Thuja plicata: This is a small specimen located under the canopy of a larger tree. We would like to remove this tree to prevent it from having a negative effect on the canopy of the larger specimen tree. T4: cupressus x leylandii: This tree is located on the boundary with the neighbouring property. We would like to remove this tree due to it interfering with the boundary line partially blocks the view of the adjoining meadow beyond.

T.3 - Horse chestnut - Cut back overhanging lateral branches by 2.5 M to reduce overhang to house (Vicarage) roof and crown lift to 6M from ground levelfor new patio installation for The Old Vicarage G.6 -Sycamore/s - Cut back lower overhang(6 from ground level) by 4M over pathway and to clear neighbouring house at no 7 Church Lane T.5 -Ash - Fell tree because of multi stemmed union at lower base and heavily weighted parts of the tree growing over garage. Bigger driveway to be installed and re plant with another hardwood on boundary. G.3 - Sycamores - Crown Lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level G.4 - Holly group - Fell trees to allow more light and re landscape area and make more room for established Monkey Puzzle. Grind stump/s below ground level and re plant area with more suitable trees.

Lime trees (L1-10) - ten inside property along Abbey Road - periodic pollarding to a height of 5-6m. Lime trees (L1-9) - nine along Southern boundary of property - periodic pollarding to a height of 5-6m. Sycamore 1 - Remove dead branch overhanging car parking space and 2 branches overhanging garage. Sycamore 2 - Cut back branch overhanging house by approx.2m and branch overhanging lawn by approx.2m. Sycamore 3, 4, 5 - Cut lower branches back by 2m. Magnolia tree (M1) - periodic crown reduction by 1-2m.
