T1 Walnut - Crown reduce away from the roof of the building east side of canopy by 2m back to suitable growth points or branch junctions of parent stems and remove lower lateral branch growing over adjacent boundary line back to grow point, approx. 3.5m to be removed.

Ash tree on the boundary of 15 School Lane and the field to the rear locally known as 'Home Meadow'. It is the only tree on the rear of 15 School Lane property boundary. Reduce overhanging branches by up to 2 metres.

1 x Copper Beech Tree - Reduce the height by 2 metres then reduce the remaining crown by 1-1.5 metres. The tree is in close proximity to the house and is near the boundary for nextdoor.

T1 : Avenue of 12 Limes ~ Remove major deadwood and reduce lateral growth where touching 2 adjacent student blocks - reduce laterals by 1 - 1.5ms to ensure clearance to buildings. T2 : Wingnut on Huntingdon Road boundary - Reduce 2 limbs over car park back by 1.5 metres and raise remaining crown to 3.0 metres over car park, prune back crown roadside by 1.5 metres over road up to height of 4.5 metres to ensure vehicular clearance, particularly delivery trucks. T3 : 2 Box Elders, 1 Ash, 5 Limes, 3 Cockspurs, 3 Alders, 3 Dawn Redwood and 2 Malus within tree belt on Huntingdon Road boundary ~ Raise crowns all round to 2.5 metres to improve security visibility.

Conifers X4 G1 - Reduce all to a finished height of 2m Conifer hedge 4metres H1 - Reduce to finished height of 2 m and remove elderberry and treat elderberry to help prevent regrowth. Elderberry T1 - Reduce back to boundary line. Walnut T2 - Crown lift to 3m above ground level. Hazel (dead) T3 reduce in height to leave at 2m above ground level. Hawthorn T4 - Crown reduce by approx. 0.5-0.75m, remove self set sycamore ash and bramble to ground level and treat these to help prevent regrowth. Lilac T5 - Reduce in height to just below gutter. Elderberry T6 + T7 - Fell to ground level and treat stump to help prevent regrowth.

Tree T1 ash tree to be removed. The tree is on a boundary and has damaged the existing boundary fence. this has now been replaced but threatens the new one. Reduce Hedge to a finished height of 1.8 m and remove all the ivy and dead wood.
