3 Lime trees in rear garden (behind fence with Cottenham Court care home) Repollard to previous pruning points, remove epicormic growth and any dead wood

5x Plum Trees - Large specimens with heavy limbs growing over fence line into 3rd party gardens causing significant damage to both fences and sheds. With risk of damage to walls. Fell all 5 trees to 0.5m from ground level, this is to allow regeneration to unmanaaged trees. Due to poor garden access, all waste and works to be undertaken from Henry Giles House car park.

T4. Sycamore (on right hand side of garden, on boundary, picket fence has been erected with a gap to accommodate buttress roots) Much of crown overhanging adjacent property. Crown lift to clear sheds giving 4m ground clearance, remove major dead wood and inspect union at 3m. T9. Ash (close to rear left hand corner of garden, 5.5m from rear boundary wall. Large primary limb growing to South, overhanging roof of adjacent house. Crown reduce from 3-6m and remove dead wood

1) Monterey Cyprus - remove lowest branch over flower bed 2) Ash - reduce long thin lowest branch by about 4m to suitable secondary growth (to clear holly) 3) Holly - shape by reducing height by 3m and sides by up to 0.5m 4) Birch - remove lowest branch which is resting on the roof 5) Thuja - remove dying branch rubbing on fence 6) Thuja - prune side of canopy back to clear house by 1m

(T1) Ash - remove large mid-crown lateral heading towards right hand boundary - reduce remaining top crown and mid crown to shape by a maximum of 1.5 meters. To reduce the risk of end loading and improve form. (T2) Beech - sympathetically reduce by 1 meter back to fence line, cutting to lives. (T3) Copper Beech - reduce dead top crown and shape sympathetically to encourage regeneration. (T4) Apple - reduce large lateral heading towards house by 3 meters, back to an upright live. - reduce lateral heading diagonally towards left hand boundary to match by a maximum of 2 meters. - reduce water shoots in top crown to balance and shape by a maximum of 2 meters.

(T1) Oak - reduce lower, middle and top crown on the house side only by 2 meters away from the house. (T2) Oak (neighbours tree) - remove lowest lateral heading toward the shed. - reduce branches on lawn side by 2 meters back to the fence line. - reduce epicormics by 1 meters back to fence line. This tree has previously had 2 limbs 'split out' on to the clients shed, the above work is to reduce the risk of further failure.

T1 - Hazel (Corylus avellana): Reduction of 1-2m, to fence line, as is overhanging and resting on roof of house T2 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus): Reduction by 1-2m as currently blocks light from garden and is overhanging patio and house T3 - Dead English elms within hedge (Ulmus procera): Removal of dead elms within hedgerow

T1 - Conifer- remove completely - due to proximity of house, clay soil and risk of heave - no tree replacement in this location T2 - Apple - remove completely - replace with at least one apple tree T 3 - Ivy covered stump - remove completely, no replacement T 4 - Elder - remove completely - largely deadwood and causing damage to boundary fence, no replacement T 5 - Horse Chestnut - reduce crown by 2m from the top and shape the sides to match - the tree needs management and has power cables running through the branches T 6 - Norway Maple - remove minor and major deadwood A full re-planting plan for the garden is to be prepared, the intention is that this will include new tree planting, including a cherry blossom and silver birch in addition to the new apple tree

TPO 0007 (1981) A1: Common Ash to 25% crown reduction/pollard. (This is a single ash tree at the end of no.29 - and the tree is actually located the other side of the garden fence, but is still part of the deeds the house. The deeds for the houses run to the centre of the ditch behind the gardens - and the ash tree is the house side of said ditch.) (There are 3 large branches growing over the garden that represent a H&S risk and if they were to come down during strong winds - would potentially cause damage to people and property.)

T1 Sycamore Reduce by 3.5-4m, back to previous reduction T2 Hornbeam Fell Tree is 0.5m from neighbouring property, trunk is pushing fence towards house. Also very close to owners property which is listed property and has no foundations
