T1 Crab Apple ~ Reduce height by up to 2.0 metres; reduce laterals NORTH by 2.2 metres, EAST by 2.5 metres, WEST by 1.5 metres and SOUTH by 1.5 metres to rebalance after reduction of southern side following neighbouring house renovation.

Group 1 x 4 Ilex aquifolium (Holly) and x 2 Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) Holly with thin crown and Sycamore self-set in group (not large) - remove group as part of garden renovation (see image) T2 Holm Oak - Crown lift over border removing lowest lateral only (see photo).

H001 - Leylandii - Fell to ground level. G001 - Western Red Cedar and Holly - Fell to ground level. T003 - Willow - Pollard to 7m. T007 - Crab Apple - Fell to ground level. The works are a continuation to those approved in a recent approved planning application (20/01468/HFUL). These works will form part of a wider renovation to the garden of 64 high street.

T003 - Common Yew. Fell to ground level. This is a self seeded tree in competition with a larger and more prominent yew (T004). Removal of this tree will allow more even crown development of T004. T003 has low amenity value - its crown development is severely hindered currently by T004, to which it is subservient. Removal will also allow more light into the property/garden, and allow for easier access for works to an adjacent outbuilding which needs renovation to make it usable/safe.
