The trees listed below are numbered in blue on the attached plan of the property. T4 Bird Cherry - split crown, proximity to neighbor's dwelling. danger of roof damage to 6 greenside - Fell T5 Holly - severe die-back, proximity to owners dwelling. abutting wall of 8 greenside- Fell T6 Walnut - self seeded tree, proximity to business at 8a greenside - Fell and replace with smaller specimen tree (eg magnolia)

T2 - Cedar in neighbouring property (11 Church Street, Fen Ditton) - Reduce canopy overhang to flat roof by 2m in lower crown and 1m in upper crown.

Beech (T1) -Remove lowest large lateral stem back to main stem over property and remove 3 other branches back to main stems over roof of house. Hornbeam (T2) -Remove 2 lower branches over roof of house, reduce remaining branches over roof by 1.5-2m and remove deadwood over 20mm in diameter.

T1 Walnut. Located within rear garden - crown reduce the tree away from the roof of the building (east side of canopy) by 2m. All pruning cuts to be made using suitable 'target pruning' techniques, i.e. back to suitable growth points or branch junctions of parent stems. No branches to be removed over 75mm in diameter.

Ash (T1) - Reduce 3 branches of the crown that grow over the roof of 78 Cambridge Road, reduce Approx. 1.5m - 2m away from property.

T 1 - Sycamore - Remove the deadwood and epicormic growth from the crown. Prune to clear the roof by 1.5m to prevent damage.

T3 Alder, T4 Alder and T5 Alder (TPO/05/2023) Reduce height on all trees to allow trees to stand at 8 metres and remove branches growing towards the house to give a clearance of 4 metres. After we moved into this House, we found that the front eaves and the back roof keep on dripping. According to the inspection of the operator (from the Hill and Cambridge City Council co developer) on 16 March, it is because of the accumulation of leaves, flowers and fruits in the drains, since the three big trees too high even cover all the roof. Even after cleaned, it will happen again monthly. Please give us permission to have tree top trimming so that the three trees are just lower that the roof bottom (i.e. the horizontal rainwater collection pipes), in order to prevent roof drains from being blocked and to protect the roof structure.

G1: 28 x Western Red Cedars- Reduce back from roof of indoor cricket pavilion removing 2m to avoid damage to building.

T1 and T2 - These 2 Mature Yew tree have grown together as 1 crown. They are in good health. They are however encroaching on the neighbours property, interfering with their roof and light. and the neighbours have requested the Yews are cut back. The owners of No.33 have also been granted planning permission for an extension on their barn. A 1.5m clearance from this new building is required. T3 - Hawthorn - This small old tree exhibits a heavy lean and rot at the base. request removal. To be replaced with 2 native Broad leafed species.

T1 Laurel - fell the two large stems. T2 Holly - fell the large stem, leaving the single smaller stem. T3 Prunus - fell the trunk overhanging the drive. T4 Prunus - remove the primary branch overhanging the drive and remove the two large lateral branches which overhang the neighbour's drive and press on the telephone wire. T5 Willow - remove the contorted branch which twists around the main branch, remove two secondary branches which are touching the garage roof.
