T5 - Silver Birch, Reduce away from neighbours garden to give a 1m clearance and remove lowest branch interfering with garage/shed.

Ash tree - located 19 Hurst Park Avenue - remove the 2 branches overhanging shed as per photo.

T4. Sycamore (on right hand side of garden, on boundary, picket fence has been erected with a gap to accommodate buttress roots) Much of crown overhanging adjacent property. Crown lift to clear sheds giving 4m ground clearance, remove major dead wood and inspect union at 3m. T9. Ash (close to rear left hand corner of garden, 5.5m from rear boundary wall. Large primary limb growing to South, overhanging roof of adjacent house. Crown reduce from 3-6m and remove dead wood

1. Two Yews within Fellows garden - shorten branches by up to 5m on North side only to clear yard, sheds and allow light to fuel storage and other areas. 2. Bird Cherry - Prune to reduce overhang over top of Work Shelter (by 2-3m) and remove dead wood.

T1 Ash tree - Tree has a large bracket fungus and is beginning to shed limbs. Reduce the trunk to 7 metres where new growth points can be seen.

To remove by section fell 2 x Sycamore trees. These trees have grown very large and have signs of sooty bark disease and as such Mr Waters would like them removed as he believes if a major limb failed it could do damage to his large shed which contains a very valuable train collection. This would also allow other trees to have room to flourish and allow him to re-plant more appropriate trees for this part of his garden. I am told these trees were not planted deliberately but were self seeded and left to grow to maturity. All of the trees have little amenity value.

T1 - This tree is an asset to the local community and the surrounding area. It recently shed a large branch. This branch landed across the shared driveway and Infront of No.21s front door. Luckily both cars were out and no one was hurt. The tree itself is over extended and has a very large sail. From the ground it is evident that there are pockets of rot in the upper crown. The tree also has branches extending over both houses and is actually touching the roof of number 19. Request a 3.5m reduction in height and a 1.5m reduction of the sides, to growth points where possible. Removal of deadwood and any hazard beams. The aim of the works will be to reduce the risk of failure and reduce sail.

Gleditsia ~ Reduce height by 2.5 metres; reduce lateral SOUTH by 2.5 metres and NORTH by 1.0 metre; remove deadwood from remaining crown, leaving balanced. Mountain Ash ~ Remove 2 limbs overhanging shed.

(T1) Veteran Ash reduce to previous pollard points by removing 6 meters of growth due to Inonotus hispidus at several locations throughout the trunk. This tree has recently shed a large limb.
