Change of use of rear part of garden from residential garden land to use in association with St John's College School including forming an opening in the southern wall and forming a lit footpath link across the site , repairs to brick boundary wall to southern boundary and erection of new dividing fence across site.

Erection of 3 No. rapid (DC) electric vehicle chargers and associated electrical feeder pillar. Erection of a wall along boundary.

Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence.
