Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence. The proposed works comprise of: a) The demolition of the existing brick wall. b) Removal of existing tree roots. c) Construction of new reinforced concrete foundation to finish flush with neighbours ground level. d) Construction of new dwarf brick wall to match height of foundation. e) Installation of new timber fence.

Installation of a free standing cantilevered canopy in the communal car park along the northern boundary that is tree and shrub lined. The installation will not require the removal of trees / shrubs or reduce the available parking for residents. The maximum height of the canopy is 2.3m at the opening and 2.1m at the rear.

Temporary construction haul road including a temporary vehicular access from the A10, construction of a culvert structure, boundary fencing, access gate, signage, wheel wash facilities, construction of engineered drainage works, drainage swale, filter drains, temporary connection to drainage pond, headwalls, soft landscaping, tree and woodland planting, habitat creation and ecological mitigation measures, earthworks, ground remodelling, area for construction use, and any necessary vegetation, tree and hedgerow removal and demolitions.

Demolition of existing Butterfield Building and construction of New Student Centre building with extended basement and installation of 16 boreholes and a Ground Source Heat Pump. Associated works to improve hard and soft landscaping areas, construction of new brick wall along northern boundary of site and construction of a bin store. Installation of new cycle parking, tree works and works associated with installation of services and plant.
