Creation of a 3G Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) with perimeter fencing, acoustic fencing, hardstanding areas, storage container, floodlights, an access footpath and associated bund

Erection of a new substation to the North of the site with timber hit and miss fence barrier. Layout amendments to front of house parking to accommodate new electric charging bays.

Continued temporary use of land for a further period of 10 years to retain a project office, the continued use of the existing farmhouse and previously approved extension as meeting rooms and staff rooms, use of building 254 as part office, part storage and use of barns 245 and 253 for associated storage. The retention of site access and service road, car and cycle parking, landscaping, fencing, gates and low level lighting and associated infrastructure connections.

Use of land at Parkers Piece for the holding of temporary Christmas event, including the annual installation of ice rink, food, drink and market stalls (including lodge bar), Ferris wheel, carousel, attractions, seating areas and associated fencing, works and structures for the period 1st November to 14 January the following year each year for a maximum temporary period of 4 years

Creation of a new outdoor customer pergola, timber entrance arch to garden, extension of front garden with new resin floor and picket fence.

Change of use of rear part of garden from residential garden land to use in association with St John's College School including forming an opening in the southern wall and forming a lit footpath link across the site , repairs to brick boundary wall to southern boundary and erection of new dividing fence across site.

Remedial works to boundary, including demolition of remaining wall and erection of boundary party fence. The proposed works comprise of: a) The demolition of the existing brick wall. b) Removal of existing tree roots. c) Construction of new reinforced concrete foundation to finish flush with neighbours ground level. d) Construction of new dwarf brick wall to match height of foundation. e) Installation of new timber fence.

Replacement of existing fencing with 1.8m high fence with trellis to bring the total height to 2.1m, no fixings to the walls of the Church.

Replacement of existing fencing with security style fencing and increasing the height, and replace existing timber fence line to property boundaries.

Change of use to Operational Railway Land, plus installation of new level crossing barriers, Smart IO Housing, operational signal equipment, road traffic lighting signals, new access and associated lighting, landscaping and fencing.
