The building that houses the two flats would have originally been one house and we would like to return it to its original state. The scale of the development is minimal. There will be no change to the outside of the property. The development will be internal. The access to both flats is through one main front door into a small vestibule and then each flat is accessed through a lockable internal door. We would remove one internal door and the lock from the remaining door. Each flat currently has a kitchen. We propose to remove the kitchen from upstairs and replace it with a utility room.
