Certificate of lawfunless under S192 to convert existing garage into a habitable space, replace garage door with a new window and add new entrance gate. We intend to insulate the walls and floor of an existing built in garage at no 31 Malvern Road. We intend to remove the existing up-and-over garage door and install a new window.
