Demolition of existing rear extensions and replacement with single storey link element and one and a half storey extension with associated hard and soft landscaping, alterations to main house including removal of roof lights to front elevation and changes to windows, replacement of garden gates and garden shed

This application is further to listed building consents S/1045/13/LB and S/2616/14/LB and seeks to renew the permission for the works to be carried out including: 1. Extend the single storey lean-to lobby on the north elevation to create a utility; 2. Alterations to the Listed Barn including: - Infill and insulate the covered entrance lean-to; - Replace the double height window on the rear (west) elevation; - New staircase and replacement landing balustrade including false plasterboard ceiling services void beneath the landing; - New internal doors; - New glazed screen within the existing modern partition 3. Alterations to open up the living accommodation in the modern link including: - Infill window on north elevation and form new rooflights. - Replacement windows and doors with full height units on the south elevation to reinforce the cart shed appearance; - Raising the floor by between 150-200mm depending on varying levels of existing floor to make level and facilitate drainage and access throughout the house; - New wood burning stove and flue in the centre of the north side of the sun room 4. Alterations to the modern annexe to include: - New external and internal doors; - New replacement windows; - New staircase; - New insulated solid floor (raised by 150-200mm level with the link floor to facilitate access); - Internal insulation to the north side; - New rooflights
