Internal works to the building known as Silver Street Flats and external modifications to the rear valley roof and refurbishment of a dormer window at No.1 Silver Street and Nos. 71 & 72 Trumpington Street.

Change of use from shop use to college accommodation to provide 2no flats, installation of new partitions and replacement of existing staircase in new position. Removal of existing shopfront and provision of new double hung sash window and timber panelled door at ground floor. New double hung sash window in current boarded-up opening at the rear along with new mechanical ventilation and with Internal improvements to insulation and dilapidated interior wall finishes.

Installation of secondary glazing to selected windows in two domestic flats (at first floor level) within Wimpole Hall.

Conversion of existing property into 2no 1bed flats involving external alterations including blocking up an existing door, replacement windows, and the erection of a single storey lean-to extension to the rear. Internal alterations also required to facilitate conversion.
